A soft-sculptural design with a distinctive emphasis on rounded shapes — the “Milton” sofa.
Its silhouette is smooth and streamlined, without sharp corners, creating a sense of coziness at first glance. The backrest is low, but together with the cushions, it looks voluminous and soft. The side parts form a shape resembling an embrace — not too intrusive, but enough to make you feel secure. Overall, the form of the “Milton” sofa combines trendy “soft” aesthetics with functionality — it looks like a model you want to touch, sit on, and never leave.
One of its main advantages is the ability to adapt to any space thanks to various configurations:
- Straight form — an ideal choice for compact spaces or minimalist interiors. This option looks stylish and very cozy at the same time.
- Corner configuration — an excellent solution for family relaxation or zoning large rooms. In this version, Milton takes the form of a soft island, enveloping you from two sides.
The corner version is available in two variants: with a chaise lounge or an additional corner module. Both feature an opening section, providing extra spacious storage inside the sofa. The corner configuration can be mirrored, allowing it to be easily integrated into either the right or left corner of the room.
“Milton” is equipped with the “Orpheus” mechanism with a “Dolphin” transformation type, which allows the sofa to be turned into a full-fledged sleeping place. Additionally, the mechanism provides access to storage niches for personal items with a height of 220 mm.
The entire structure of the sofa is placed on small wooden legs, 3 cm high, of our own production. This design creates a “grounded” effect: the sofa almost sits on the floor — adding solidity, stability, and modern aesthetics.
Despite its solid appearance, Milton is a fairly compact model that easily fits even into small rooms.
Reliable and eco-friendly materials are used in the construction:
- Coniferous timber, plywood, and E1 class chipboard — form a sturdy frame that withstands daily loads.
- Zigzag spring (“snake”) — provides elastic support, reduces point pressure, and adds cushioning.
- HDF (high-density fiberboard) — used to strengthen the structural elements.
- Main comfort filling — high-quality polyurethane foam (PPU), which retains its shape, does not sag over time, and pleasantly supports the body.
Thanks to this combination, the perfect balance of “Milton’s” softness is achieved. The seat is designed to distribute and smoothly “respond” to body weight. You won’t feel any hard zones or transitions — only uniform, elastic softness.
