Exploitation Rules

1. Upholstered furniture will look beautiful longer with the correct fulfillment of the exploitation rules:

1.1. Furniture should be used in the closed premises at the following conditions: air temperature not lower than -10°С and not higher than +35°C, relative air humidity 45-70%;

1.2. Furniture may not be placed in the wet premises and near the wet walls;

1.3. Move the furniture a little lifted above the floor and not holding the upholstery, sidewall, or cushion to avoid damaging the furniture.

1.4. The furniture should be located at least 0.5-1m from the heating resource (depending upon the heating resource);

1.5. The furniture shall not be placed near direct sunlight, since this may result in the partial loss of the color of upholstery;

1.6. Do not sit on the back support or sidewalls, and do not overload the furniture, since this may result in the deformation of the construction or filling of the item;

1.7. Do not throw the furniture on the items with the sharp angles

1.8. From time to time check the bolts and screws used in the construction of furniture, and fasten them, if necessary.

1.9. The children’s games on the upholstered furniture (jumping) may result in the quick loss of the exploitation characteristics of the item;

1.10. It is not recommended to equip additionally the ready items in the same tissues or leather, due to the incomplete match of the shades of upholstery and the decor, which is beyond the manufacturer’s responsibility;

1.11. If you have any pets, please note that they may damage or make your furniture dirty.

2. Before the beginning of exploitation carefully read through the following information:

2.1 A new item may have a distinct smell of materials used in the production that lasts for some time;

2.2. During the transportation of furniture, its upholstery may slightly lose its shape. After the furniture is assembled, it is recommended to slightly beat the upholstery of the backrest (and armchair) and cushions to give them their initial shape. During the exploitation, occasionally repeat this procedure to keep up the shape and good appearance of the furniture;

2.3. The fabric of the furniture during its long-lasting exploitation can stretch, and acquire a more intense shine. Some small areas of permanent sitting may appear on the furniture, wrinkles, and the softness of the filling may change which is not a manufacturing defect.

2.4. The finishing materials (fabric, leather, artificial leather) may differ by their shades on different parts of an item due to the peculiarities of the production process, color transmission under different light resources, specific peculiarities of fluff, etc.

3. General recommendations concerning the care after the upholstered furniture:

3.1. It is recommended to vacuum-clean the furniture with the soft brush with which you will remove the dust and may prevent the appearance of spots after the wet cleaning;

3.2. It is recommended to wipe the decorative items of upholstered furniture of wood and laminated chipboard with a dry soft clean sponge;

3.3. Do not use abrasive paste or powders and chemically aggressive substances for cleaning the lacquered surfaces;

3.4. Please remember: it would be better to remove the fresh spots than the traces that penetrated deeply into the structure of the tissue;

3.5. Do not use cleaning substances that contain strong chemicals, high concentrations of alcohol, and detergents based on the oil products;

3.6. Do not use the bleacher;

3.7. Do not use abrasive or scrapping tools for cleaning;

3.8. Do not use different cleaning substances at the same time;

3.9. Always read carefully the instructions on any substance for cleaning the furniture before use.

Rules of the item acceptance

Please, inspect the item carefully, and pay attention to the package contents, the appearance of the item, and the operation of the transformation mechanisms. Remember that damages found after the acceptance of an item will deprive you of the right to refer to them afterward.

1. The following is allowed and is not considered defects:

1.1. Wrinkles on the fabrics due to the loading that disappear after the slight smoothing;

1.2. The wrinkles on fabric conditioned by the artistic design of an item;

1.3. Fabric stretches on the surface of an item that appeared during its exploitation;

1.4. Slight diversity of the upholstery fabric and asymmetry of the picture and decor

1.5. Slight natural squeak of the transformation mechanisms that appears during the exploitation.

The warranty period is 18 months.

The warranty period is 18 months from the day of the item dispatching (confirmed by the sales receipt or the dispatch document) or from the date of registration on the website using the QR code.

The availability of the dispatch documents or registration on the website using the QR-code confirms the buyer’s acquaintance with the instruction concerning the exploitation rules and transformation of furniture and the absence of any claims as to the purchased item with regard to the package contents, appearance, and transformation mechanisms.

Warranty conditions

1. Conditions of the warranty servicing:

1.1. The manufacturer guarantees the free elimination of the production defects caused by the inappropriate quality of the raw materials, or violation of the production technology;

1.2. The warranty obligations include the repair or replacement (if the repair is impossible) of the deficient parts, mechanisms, or materials having the defects, and are connected with the warranty repair or handling operations.

1.3. In case of the absence of the materials at the enterprise necessary for the repair, its period may be prolonged for the period of the materials supply by the supplier, in which case it should be agreed with the Buyer.

2. Warranty repair shall not be carried out in the following cases:

2.1 Absence of the Product Certificate;

2.2. After the expiration of the warranty period;

2.3. Presence of mechanical defects that occurred not due to the manufacturer’s fault;

2.4. Presence of cuts, dirty, stretched, or scuffed fabric, or

any other damages;

2.5. Breaching the rules of exploitation and storage.
